With regards to Business law, Niall has advised on several major mergers and acquisitions. He has also served on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors. Additionally, Niall has worked with many start-ups and small-medium businesses in order to inform them on how to best ensure that their legal needs and business operations are managed professionally. Within Estates law, Niall has served with distinction as Executor/Liquidator and Trustee in a number of complex Estates. Niall has helped clients with succession planning as well as managing successions disputes. Over the course of his career, Niall has advised and represented testators, beneficiaries, executors/liquidators/trustees and estates on a number of occasions. Niall’s experience and his understanding of all the various perspectives within Estates and Successions Law have made him a significant asset to his clients.
